Welcome to Cineplay International Film Festival. By accessing our website, submitting a film or script, or participating in our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website or submitting any content, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/legal guardian consent to submit to the festival.

3. SUBMISSIONS

  • All submitted materials must be original works owned or legally authorized by the applicant.

  • Submissions must be made through the official submission form or partner platforms (e.g., FilmFreeway).

  • Entry fees are non-refundable.

  • Submitting a film/script does not guarantee official selection or award.

  • Submissions in a foreign language must include English subtitles.

SCREENING RIGHTS & PROMOTION

  • By submitting to Cineplay, you grant us the right to:

  • Screen your work if selected.

  • Use stills, posters, trailers, and excerpts (under 30 seconds) for festival promotion on our website, social media, and press.

  • You retain full ownership of your work.

SELECTION & JUDGING

  • All selections and awards are determined by our jury panel and are final.

  • Selected participants will be notified via email by the notification date.

  • Cineplay reserves the right to withdraw any entry or award in the event of a breach of these terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and layout, is the property of Cineplay International Film Festival and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. LIABILITY

Cineplay is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation, technical errors, or unauthorized access to your content.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Cineplay reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
